receipt of the requested good or product to inform MEDYCAF of its desire to
withdraw from the contract.
The withdrawal implies that MEDYCAF will proceed to refund the amount and
paid by the client within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, following the same
procedure chosen by the customer for payment (provided that the product purchased
is not within the exceptions indicated above).
During this period, the consumer will inform the employer of his decision to withdraw
of the contract by filling out the form at the end of this
document and sending it to the MEDYCAF email address.
MEDYCAF will communicate to the consumer in a durable medium an acknowledgment of receipt of
said withdrawal.
To proceed with the return of a product it is essential that it be

11. WARRANTY
Products purchased through www.medycaf.com have a period of
2 warranty from the time of purchase, covering possible defects in
manufacture of the product, as well as any breakdown produced during said period.
In case the client has to make use of the guarantee of the products
purchased, you should contact the manufacturer. (More information in the
product).
Consumable products, deficiencies caused are excluded from the guarantees.
